Libya Maritime Exhibition – LIMEX 2008 will be taking place from 13 to 15 October 2008 in the Naval Base of Tripoli. All Libyan decisions-makers of the Maritime industry as well as the Ports and Maritime Transportations Authority are fully supporting this important exhibition, which is organized by Jerma International under the auspices of the Arab Federation for Transportation and Communication Workers, with a technical support of the Libyan Naval Forces. 

I’m personally expecting important participation from all around the world, from the fact that this important event will be a perfect platform to showcase the latest state-of-the-art maritime products and services. LIMEX 2008 will be an international gathering that will provide decisions-makers and key international actors of the maritime industry with the unique opportunity of networking and expertise exchange. Thus, allowing the accurate atmosphere for cooperation, commercial and business opportunities.

• Not less than 500 official delegates from North Africa, the Middle-East and the Mediterranean countries will be visiting the exhibition. These delegations include representatives from related Ministries, the Armed Forces, Police, Customs, Fire & Rescue, Immigration, Fisheries and Marine Departments not just locally but regionally.  
• I’m convinced that LIMEX 2008 will exceed all exhibitors’ expectations, especially on the quality and quantity of key personalities to be present.
