VISITOR REGISTRATION
If any person residing abroad or in Libya is intending to visit Libya Maritime and Naval Exhibition – LIMEX 2010, which will be taking place from 11 to 14 October 2010, at the Tripoli International Fairground, in Tripoli – Libya, he is kindly requested to feel the VSITOR FORM provided in the following link and send it back the Director of the Exhibition by Fax or by Email.

Registered visitors will be received at the main gate, and treated as VIPs.  International visitors will be assisted in their visa process

VISITOR PROFILE
The organizers are expecting not less than 15000 visitors. A strong and very professional communication campaign has been set-up in order to attract to the exhibition, professional visitors as well as decision-makers.

Decisions-makers
Official invitations signed by the President of the Organizing Committee have been distributed by end of April 2010 to decisions-makers. A letter of reminding will be sent 2 weeks prior to the opening of the exhibition. All exhibitors will be notified with the final list of decisions-makers who will confirm their visit. Businessmen
Important Libyan and Regional Businessmen will be invited by the Organizing Committee which has already set up a sub-Committee fo0r this purpose.  Businessmen will be recruited amongst those who have proven wealthy activities in the maritime or naval sector, and those who may potentially establish fruitful business relationship with foreign exhibitors. The list of Business visitors will be available 2 days prior to the opening of the exhibition, and any exhibitor can make a special request for meeting.
